About Me: From the Factory Floor to Your Prototype
I didn’t start with a 3D printer; I started with industrial automation, robot cells, and assembly lines. For years, I was the one ensuring that complex systems stayed in motion.
What I bring from the Industrial World to your project:
-
The "Reliability First" Mindset: In a factory, a part doesn't just have to look good—it has to survive 10,000 cycles. I design with durability and mechanical stress in mind.
-
A Fine-Tuned Eye for Precision: When you've spent years working with sensors, jigs, and automated fixtures, "close enough" is never enough. I think in microns and tolerances.
-
The Problem-Solver’s Toolkit: My background in maintenance and automation means I don’t just draw shapes; I understand how things fit together, how they wear out, and how to improve them.
-
Custom-Built Technology: I didn't just buy a printer; I built mine. This deep-level understanding of FDM technology allows me to push the boundaries of what can be manufactured, beyond what off-the-shelf printers can deliver.
I am a specialist by trade and a designer by choice. I live in Knivsta, serving clients locally and remotely across Sweden and beyond.
Work with startups, makers, and researchers alike, and I believe that every mechanical problem has an elegant solution waiting to be drawn.
Fun facts:
- Spent part of my childhood in Algeria — my parents were engineers working abroad.
- Sci-fi nerd. Firefly was cancelled too soon.
- Father of twins — so yes, I can handle pressure.
