About Me: From the Factory Floor to Your Prototype

I came to 3D printing from industry. For years I worked in maintenance and automation, with robot cells, assembly lines and machines that needed to run every shift.

​

That background shapes how I work. A part has to look right, but it also has to hold up in use, so I think about wear and mechanical load from the start. After years of working with sensors, jigs and fixtures, I pay close attention to tolerances and fits: how parts go together, where they tend to fail, and how to make them repeatable.

I built my own printer, which taught me a lot about what FDM can and can't do. I try to design with those limits in mind.

​

What I do: CAD design and functional prototyping in FDM, starting from a sketch, a broken part, or a problem you haven't found a part for.

Based in Knivsta. I work with clients across Sweden and remotely.
