Built in-house: large-format 3D printer

The clearest demonstration of how I work isn't a client part — it's a machine. I designed and built a large-format 3D printer from individually selected components on a self-engineered 30×30 aluminium extrusion frame — no kit, no instructions:

— Motion system: MGN12 linear rails (X/Y), MGN15 (Z) — Duet2 WiFi controller running RepRapFirmware — full firmware configuration, sensorless homing on X/Y, inductive Z probe — Build volume: 300 × 300 × 375 mm — Mechanical design + firmware configuration + electrical wiring + iterative calibration

Systems integration end to end — the same approach I bring to every client project.

My method is simple: when something doesn't work, I step back and redo it until it does. No workarounds, no 'good enough'. Done means it runs reliably.
